Alexandre Ribeiro, commonly known as “Xande” Ribeiro is a legendary jiu jitsu competitor and one of the founding members of the Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu Association. Under the tutelage of some of the world’s top coaches, including Royler Gracie, Vini Aieta and Xande’s own brother Saulo Ribeiro, Alexandre earned numerous grappling titles, including IBJJF World and ADCC champion. Alexandre Ribeiro – who ranked #1 on BJJ Heroes’ Top 10 BJJ Fighters of All Time list, also had a short
spell fighting in mixed martial arts (MMA) in 2008, competing for the Japanese promotion: Sengoku.

Braulio Estima “Carcará” is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt World Champion and a ADCC open weight & superfight champion. Considered by
most, one of the top jiu jitsu competitors of the 2000’s era, Braulio Estima collected trophies throughout his grappling career, both as a fighter and as an instructor. In recent years Braulio has slowed down on his competitive appearances. Braulio is also the older brother of another great jiu jitsu talent, Victor Estima.

Currently in our 9th year of successful operation, Grappler's Escape is a unique Jiu-Jitsu camp

and cruise ship vacation for BJJ enthusiasts and their friends and families.

After eight unforgettable camps, which hosted the likes of Buchecha, Andre Galvao, Mackenzie Dern,

Saulo and Xande Ribeiro among others, Grappler's Escape has proven to be the ideal venue

for traveling to fun destinations, training with world-class instructors, and vacationing all in one.

In addition to being a serious Jiu-Jitsu bootcamp, Grappler’s Escape also offers all
